Some Common Sense Tricks for the Casinos

As an aggressive player, I have learned a number of important lessons while betting over the years. Whether you are partial to wagering at the ‘bricks and mortar’ type or the many online casinos. Below are my golden codes of wagering, most of which can be judged common sense, but if accepted they will help you go a long way to departing with a smile on your face.

Rule one: Go into a casino with a predetermined value that you are willing and can afford to wager – How much would it cost for a night out on diner, cocktails, entrance fees and tips? This is a good number to use.

Rule two: Don’t pack your credit card out with you – or any way of withdrawing cash out. Don’t concern yourself about cash for the taxi if you squander all of it; most taxi operators, notably the cabs hailed through casinos, will take you home and shall be more than happy to wait for the moolah when you get back.

Rule 3: Stay to an upper limit. I always imagine what I’d like to buy should I earn. The last time I went, I decided I would quite love to purchase a new digital SLR camera which retailed at $400, so that was my set threshold. As soon as I achieved this number, I walked away. Just quit. Even if Mystic Megan herself gives you the upcoming number for the roulette wheel, pay no attention to her and leave. Depart safe in the knowledge that you will certainly be proceeding into the city and getting a great new toy!

Rule four: Enjoy yourself. When you’re "frisky" you will succeed. It is a fact. I don’t know why, but it really is. Immediately after it feels like a job, or you are simply betting to gain a profit you have lost, you will fritter away even more. When you’re succeeding, having a good time with your buddies, or your boyfriend, you will gain more and more.
